While at jackson's Ice Cream parlor the other night, I got this AWESOME idea of making these super cute "cone-cakes" for {my nephew} Ben's 4TH BIRTHDAY PARTY... Yes, 4 years old already, can you believe it."
This is really all you need... and a couple kitchen staples.
You're thinking it's ice cream right?? Nope, it's swirled buttercream and chocolate buttercream icing, atop a cupcake baked inside ice cream cones topped off with classic rainbow "jimmies" and a cherry.
And the result..... super cute, super fun, super versatile for any celebration!!

Jame's GRADUATION cupcakes....
To celebrate James going to FSU as a walk-on for the Seminoles.... I represented Seminole colors with Red Velvet Cupcakes and buttercream icing with gold sugar.
Then I made little graduation caps out of pieces of chocolate.... yum.

My newest love...... cupcakes!! I have loved baking for years, probably from all the time I spent with my aunt as a kid, but when I had children was when my real love for baking broke free. I started baking all the time and really enjoyed searching for unique ways to reinvent the cupcake like so many celebrity bakers.
My favorite part about baking..... the little helpers!!
